What data we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, I collect your email, the platform you use (iOS/Android) and, if you choose to share it, your preference for a possible Beta test.
This data is used exclusively to:
- Send you an email to confirm your signup.
- Notify you when Framea is available.
There will be no generic newsletter. Technical data (such as masked IP addresses) is used solely for security purposes to prevent bots and form abuse.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, confirmed at the time of signup. Leaving your email does not obligate you to purchase anything and requesting the Beta version does not guarantee an invitation.
Providers and transfers
To run this waitlist securely, I rely on external services: Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data solely to provide me with technical infrastructure. No one else has access to your email.
How long we keep it
Your data will be kept securely in the database until the official app launch or until you choose to unsubscribe. Temporary confirmation tokens expire after 24 hours. After launch and delivery of the notice, waitlist data will be deleted.
Control over your data
You can unsubscribe from the list at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of emails you receive. You can also write to me at any time at the address above to request to view, modify or permanently delete your data.
Photos, cookies and measurement
This website does not access your camera and does not collect photographs (image processing is the goal of the future app, and will happen strictly on-device).
No advertising trackers or invasive cookies are installed on this site. We use only what's strictly necessary to run the page.
